Android users can download the APK directly from our website download page (works on Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo and other mainstream devices). If the system warns about an unknown source, allow this install. The app notifies you automatically when a new version is available.
Yes. Open wallingtech.com/app/ in your browser — the web app stays in sync with the mobile app. A few phone-hardware features (AI phone calls, QR scanning) offer web alternatives or graceful fallbacks. Latest Chrome / Edge / Safari recommended.
The multilingual price display can run on a front-desk TV or Android box: download the TV package from the TV Deployment page, install it, then enter the TV code generated in the app to bind the screen.

Sign up with your email: enter email + password and verify with the emailed code. Phone-number OTP login is also supported. After signing up, follow the guide to create your hotel (name and basics) and you land on the operations home screen.
Up to 6 devices can be online per account. Signing in on a 7th device kicks the oldest session. If you see a “device kicked” message, just sign in again.
Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and reset via the code sent to your registered email (or bound phone). You can also change it under Profile → Account Security after signing in.
The staff app UI supports 11 languages (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese–HK, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Thai, Malay), following the system or set manually. Guest-facing pages support 15 languages (adding Arabic, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Indonesian) that guests switch themselves.
Three public plans: Advanced, Pro and Flagship. Mainland China baseline: CNY 299/399/499 monthly, CNY 3299/4399/5499 annually (about 8% savings). Monthly credits: 1499/2699/3999; team limits: 20/35/50. Basic is legacy only. Check Membership and checkout for current regional and channel prices.
For bank transfers or offline payment, contact support to arrange payment first. After verifying receipt, a platform administrator activates membership for the account that will use it; teams should use the Owner account. Annual credits arrive in 12 installments: the first at activation and the remaining 11 monthly, according to the plan's current monthly credit allowance. The annual allowance is not granted all at once, and no automatic bank renewal is charged. Contact support to review any existing active subscription first.
Credits are the unified unit for AI features. Each tool shows its live price on its detail page (e.g. photo retouching per image, AI calls per minute). Subscription credits have a 30-day grace period after expiry, then reset; purchased credits never expire. Failed AI tasks are refunded automatically. In-app prices are authoritative.
Owners buy credit packs under Me → Credits & plan: ¥29/169, ¥99/629, ¥199/1,359, ¥299/2,449. Subscriptions also include team capacity and service benefits; compare plans and top-ups based on usage. Team members spend the hotel owner's wallet — if you're a member and run out, ask the owner to top up.
Paid members earn 1–7 credits per daily check-in (increasing with streaks). Free accounts don't earn check-in credits but get a trial allowance at sign-up to try the core tools.
In Me → Team Management → Team Members, tap Invite staff. Step 1: Pick a role (one for each other hotel owned by the owner too). Step 2: Send to the new hire (invite code, QR code or link). Staff confirm a work name and review hotels and roles before joining. Role permissions are set in Organization & access; who gets alerts is shown in Notifications & dispatch. Existing members with no role yet keep their settings until explicitly assigned a role. Limits including the owner: Free 2, Basic 10, Advanced 20, Pro 35, Flagship 50. Tools charge the current hotel's owner wallet.
In Me → Team Management → Organization & access, tap New role and start from the Operations observer preset, then assign it under Team Members; per-item switches are under Custom permissions (item by item). Reading saved data/reports, paid generation, guest messages and tool configuration have separate grants. Notifications & dispatch shows Who gets alerts first; tap Adjust alert settings to change it. Roles set default alerts and individuals may turn reminders off. Turning off active delivery also suppresses sound and system push, even when Use staff and department alert rules is off. Confirm a work name during registration or setup; placeholder names are incomplete. Owner and co-admin are separate management identities, not ordinary work-role grants.
Yes. One account can own its own hotel and be a team member of others. Use the hotel switcher at the top: whichever hotel you switch to is where you work, whose data you see, and whose owner wallet is charged. Data, notifications and guest content are strictly isolated per hotel.
The toolbox keeps an easy-to-find Service ordering entry for items, categories, inventory, guest settings, and orders. Open Service ordering analytics from Today's numbers → See more data on the home screen (or expand Trends and report → Data by module → Service Ordering) for 7/30-day order counts, order amount (offline receivable), average order amount, pending orders, trends, top items, and stocking suggestions; analytics permission is required. Paid services remain offline-payment only, so order amount does not mean collected revenue.

It is not based on employee IP, current location, or VPN. Eligibility uses only the current hotel's country/region. China-mainland hotels get full access; an unknown country stays visible but pending and read-only; an explicit non-mainland hotel is hidden and direct links show not applicable.

No. It is a free, read-only guide with local v2 progress stored for the current hotel on this device. It collects no credentials and does not register, submit reviews, change rates or inventory, create promotions, sync orders, write to providers, or provide managed operations. Completion is a local task record, not proof of live status, mapping, or settlement.

No. Expedia and Hotels.com belong to Expedia Group and share one cooperation path and progress record. Google Hotels is hotel search/metasearch and booking-link access, not OTA opening and not a ninth OTA path.

Commission, review, payment, settlement, promotion, and contract terms vary by market, property type, and account. The guide explains how to verify them; use its current official sources and defer to the hotel's live account, contract, and dashboard, confirming with official support when needed.

The toolbox is grouped into 4 sections with 23 tools in total (2 are visible to pilot properties only). Search sits at the top and the 4 most recently used tools are pinned first. Serve Guests: AI Multilingual Interpreter, AI Phone Translation Assistant, AI Check-in Info Assistant, Package Station, Luggage Storage, Lost & Found, Restaurant Assistant (pilot properties only). Guest Pages: Check-in Guide, Service Ordering, City Explorer Map, AI Travel Planner, Direct Booking Lite. Marketing: OTA Visual Generator, AI Hotel Photo Studio, Poster Designer, Event Invitation Generator, AI Multilingual Rate Board, Review Analysis & Reply Assistant, Overseas OTA Listing Guide. Team & Business: AI Internal Operations Survey, SOP Generator, Smart Guest Profiling, Room Voice Devices (Pilot — visible to pilot properties only). Tools your account cannot use yet are not mixed into the list; they sit in the collapsed "Ask your manager to enable" section at the bottom. Five more modules are managed under the Guest Portal tab instead of the toolbox: Guest Portal, Service Ticket Assistant, Guest Service Guide, Arrival Info & Apps, Guest Portal Capability Settings. The AI Assistant (home screen card and the Ask AI button on every tool page) and operations analytics are global capabilities rather than tool cards. Full how-tos live on each tool's detail page and the online user guide.
In the mobile app or web console, open "Toolbox → Check-in Guide" to go straight to your property's one current-guide overview. It shows the existing content, publish status, valid guest link, view count, and actual progress across 15 guest languages. Choose "Edit Check-in Guide" at the top to enter the step-by-step editor; the overview refreshes when you return. Any failed languages can be retried free from the overview.

Open Toolbox → Pre-arrival Assistant, choose outreach only or outreach plus survey, then enter the booking, guest language, and template to generate an outreach bundle. Outreach only creates same-language SMS copy and a PNG with no QR. Outreach plus survey creates a QR PNG and survey, and may include a personalized booking page when eligible. Copy, save, and system share do not mean sent. There is no SMS gateway: staff must send through their own SMS, OTA chat, WeChat, or other channel, then manually mark the channel as sent. History shows that manual status, StayCore short-link opens, and survey submission, but not carrier delivery or SMS read receipts.

Open Toolbox → OTA Content Generator and follow four steps. First choose a primary and secondary language (15 choices for each) and the chapters; a new image starts with seven chapters: cover, hotel positioning, rooms, dining, facilities, signature service, and nearby transport. Second, edit primary/secondary copy and add photos. Generate, single-module generate, optimize, and translate finish as tasks, and multiple custom chapters keep their own results. Third, choose a template and then choose either Brand VI or manual primary background, text, accent, and border colors. Fourth, the preview checks required copy and readable images; a translation or save failure stops clearly for retry rather than quietly making an incomplete image. The session price is the live price shown on screen. The result is one downloaded long image for staff to upload manually to an OTA. This tool does not connect to OTA platforms, log in, navigate, or upload automatically.
In-app entry: 工具箱 →「OTA图文生成器」
Open Toolbox → City Explorer Map and choose the primary Add spot button. Search and Manual are equally visible at the top. Search results are categorized from the map provider's place type; Manual asks for a category first, then name, address, coordinates, and an optional intro, and the category remains editable. The workspace shows counts, filters, and groups for 14 categories. One map can hold up to 100 spots with no per-category limit. The map preview sits collapsed at the bottom and can be expanded anytime; focusing a spot expands it automatically. After the first publish, keep editing the same live map—the fixed link and QR always show the latest version. Staff do not get a routine unpublish button. Manual maintenance and publishing are free; only AI curation uses credits at the live price shown.
In-app entry: 工具箱 →「城市探索地图」
Staff can register found items and maintain public location presets separately from private storage locations. Found reports require 1–3 photos; photos are optional for lost reports. Guests can report an item in the hotel portal and explicitly start a private search. Registration, configuration, viewing, and manual confirmation are free. Image matching currently defaults to 1 credit per search, with the live price shown before the action remaining authoritative. Candidates stay within the same hotel, are visible only to staff, and require manual confirmation. A guest never receives candidate records, exact storage locations, staff notes, or private model details, and the system never auto-claims, closes, or contacts anyone.

Open AI Hotel Photo Retouching: upload room/lobby photos (up to 20 per batch) → pick the space type (17 types, custom supported) → pick a brand photography style → AI retouches in the background and notifies you → fine-tune perspective/leveling and export. Billed per image at the live price shown in the tool; processing is async so you can close the page.

No. Losing the network, locking the screen, switching apps or a staff phone leaving only makes that device temporarily offline; it does not cancel the room. The same room and six-digit code remain while the iPad or any staff device is online, followed by a 24-hour buffer after every device goes offline. Use Return to front desk interpreter on Home to recover it. Only the management PIN on the iPad closes the whole room. With a desk button connected, the main iPad button still says Hold to Talk and a separate prompt in the guest's current language says the hardware button can also be used; disconnecting it falls back to the on-screen button.

Translations are read aloud by the receiving device's system voices: the iPad guest screen speaks the guest's language, the staff phone speaks the property's working language, and single-device mode speaks both. The Prepare spoken voices sheet lists only the languages that device will actually speak; on the iPad these are the frequent guest languages (adjustable in the sheet or on the iOS Voice & Playback page, up to six core languages). Apple offers no API for apps to download enhanced or premium voices, so on iPhone/iPad follow the steps in the sheet: Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → turn on Speak Selection → Voices → pick the language → download Enhanced or Premium. Android Voice & Playback lists usable voices; online voices need no download. Staff builds with the built-in offline engine can download the app voice pack without relying on system download screens. Returning to the app re-checks automatically (iOS 17+ notifies the app when voices change); tap I've downloaded it, check again if needed. In a hurry, choose Start now, download later; the reminder returns after the app restarts if voices are still missing. Frequent guest languages are saved in the property configuration and shared across iPads. On iOS 26 and later, the Voice & Playback page can also download Apple's offline speech recognition models directly (the only part an app is allowed to download); for now this only manages the models, and interpreter recognition still needs a network.

Scanning a room/public-area QR opens your hotel's guest portal (H5): check-in guide, guest service directory, nearby map, and a multilingual AI concierge chat. Manage module visibility, ordering and guest-language order under the app's Guest Portal tab; generate room and public-area QR codes in Rooms & QR Management, then print and post them.
Go to Guest Portal → Rooms & QR Codes → WiFi. The password may be left blank (open network; the portal and the AI tell guests "no password needed" in their language). If guests must enter a verification code or log in on a web page after connecting, write the steps in "Connection & sign-in instructions" (up to 500 characters): the server translates them into all 15 guest languages and shows them on the portal Wi-Fi card and in AI replies, while the Wi-Fi name and password are never translated. Each public-area code (lobby, restaurant…) in the Public Area tab can carry its own Wi-Fi name, password and instructions; guests scanning that code see that area's Wi-Fi first, and blank fields fall back to the hotel Wi-Fi settings. The web Quick Setup Wi-Fi module accepts the same instructions.
Use "Express Onboarding": paste one OTA link of your hotel to draft the guest service directory, check-in guide, complaint welcome message and price display in one pass (drafts are free; publishing is billed per module). The web app also has a Quick Setup wizard. After publishing, remember to switch the module on under Guest Portal so guests can see it.
Under Guest Portal, open Brand Visual & Web Design and choose one of eight complete templates first. Each template applies its four-color palette, Chinese and Latin fonts, corner radius, spacing, and an approved background texture together; you can still fine-tune colors, typography, and shape afterward. Saving applies the result across the guest portal and all guest-facing module pages. Backgrounds are built-in assets, not generated by AI when a guest opens the page. For an existing logo, color extraction and background removal remain separate actions.

Reusable staff replies after takeover create pending FAQ candidates only. The message center opens a review with masked full context, editable question, answer and category, and an explicit add-or-reject decision; nothing becomes guest-facing before approval. Every enabled free or paid service item remains a live factual source, but AI never proactively recommends paid items. Delivery, replenishment, cleaning, and similar requests typed to AI customer service create a service-request ticket and transfer to staff. Only a still-pending request in the same conversation is appended; a new request gets a new ticket once the earlier ticket is being processed. Free text never creates a service order. A real service order is created only after the guest explicitly selects an item in the Portal catalog and confirms its quote.

AI customer service settings → Knowledge and answer sources lists 13 switches: FAQ, check-in guide, guest service guide, service items, package station, luggage storage, lost and found, city map, custom entries, Wi-Fi, inbound-travel cards, plus staff-side SOP and the hotel knowledge base. Each row shows readiness, published record count, and missing languages; turning a row off stops AI from citing that source. Hotel basics and the AI service policy always participate and cannot be switched off. A language that gets no answer usually means that source lacks a translation for it: translation coverage counts the 15 guest languages minus the hotel working language, and any language whose translation failed or is byte-identical to the working-language original counts as missing. The system retranslates automatically at 04:00 the next day, or you can fill the translation in manually. Portal entry switches only control whether guests see the entry on the guest page; they no longer control whether AI may cite that module. City-map points, inbound-travel cards, and hotel introduction blocks stay available to AI with their entry hidden. Lost and found and luggage storage are the two exceptions: their knowledge describes that Portal entry itself, so hiding the entry makes the statement untrue and AI stops using it — the settings row then reads Entry hidden.

Publishing ≠ guest-visible: you must also switch the module on under the Guest Portal tab. Check in order: ① content is published; ② the module toggle in Guest Portal is on; ③ the QR code scanned belongs to this hotel (multi-hotel accounts: watch for posted codes from another property).
① If you're the owner: top up or upgrade under Me → Credits & plan. ② If you're a team member: you spend the hotel owner's wallet — contact the owner named in the message. ③ A price showing “—” means pricing is still loading; retry when the network recovers. Failed AI tasks are auto-refunded.
iOS updates via the App Store; Android shows an in-app prompt pointing to the website download page; the web app just needs a refresh. Release notes are under Me → More settings → About StayCore AI.
