StayCore — Review Reply Assistant Setup

Install in 5 steps

Five steps. The extension and the App use the same account.

Download and extract the archive

Tap the button above to download staycore-a5-review-reply-extension.zip and extract it to a permanent folder so Chrome doesn't lose the path later.

Open Chrome extensions page

Type chrome://extensions in the address bar and toggle "Developer mode" in the top right.

Load the unpacked extension

Click "Load unpacked" in the top left, choose the folder you just extracted, and pin the StayCore icon to the toolbar.

Sign in to StayCore

Click the extension icon and sign in with the same phone and password as the mobile app. On first launch you can return here via the "Setup guide" button in the popup.

Use it on OTA review consoles

Open the review-management page on the Ctrip or Meituan merchant console. The extension opens a side panel, scrapes unanswered reviews, and supports reply generation, copy, fill, and XLS upload back into analytics.

💡 Usage tips

The current release is staycore-a5-review-reply-extension.zip. Older folders in the repo are historical references only and don't replace the current release.
The extension supports the Ctrip and Meituan merchant consoles. The Fliggy path is parked while we re-verify availability.
Reply generation is free; AI deep analysis bills dynamically in the app, default 2 credits per run.
Reply generation and deep analysis automatically search your hotel's SOP library to keep tone consistent.
If sign-in or upload fails, double-check that you're on the same environment URL and hotel account as the mobile app.
