1. Service Overview
StayCore AI (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an AI-powered intelligent workspace designed for hospitality industry professionals. The Platform offers services including, but not limited to: AI text and image content generation, multilingual check-in guides, guest review analysis and responses, complaint handling assistant, and staff questionnaires.
Operator: This Platform is operated by Walling Tech Limited (Chongqing Walling Zhilv Technology Co., Ltd.).
Please read and fully understand each clause of this Agreement before using the Platform. By registering, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to this Agreement.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Eligibility
You confirm that at the time of registration you are a natural person with full civil capacity, a legal entity, or another organization. If you do not meet these conditions, please do not use the Platform.
2.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. Losses caused by your improper safekeeping are borne solely by you
- A single account is limited to 4 simultaneously online devices; older devices are automatically logged out when exceeded
- Contact us immediately if you discover account compromise or security vulnerabilities
2.3 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via "Settings → Account Security → Delete Account". All data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered — please proceed with caution.
3. Service Content
3.1 Tool Services
The Platform provides various AI-driven hospitality operation tools, including but not limited to:
- OTA text and image generator
- AI hotel photo retouching assistant
- Multilingual check-in guide
- Guest review analysis and reply assistant
- Complaint service communication assistant
- Staff training questionnaires
- Other continually updated tool modules
3.2 AI-Generated Content
Important Notice: AI-generated content (including copy, images, etc.) is provided for reference only. You should review its accuracy and applicability before use. We bear no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
4. Credits and Payments
4.1 Credit Rules
- Credits are the Platform's internal virtual currency; the exchange rate is as displayed in real time on the in-app membership page
- The number of credits consumed by each tool is as displayed in-app at the time of use
- Membership subscriptions include monthly granted credits; the amount varies by membership tier
- Separately purchased top-up credits do not expire under normal use. They may be adjusted only for refunds, chargebacks, account closure, or violations handled under these Terms
- Membership-granted credits currently carry over without a cap while the subscription remains active; subscription credits are cleared after membership expiration and the applicable grace period
4.2 Paid Services
- The Platform provides both free trials and paid membership services
- Paid memberships include Basic, Advanced, Professional, and Flagship tiers; specific benefits are as displayed on the membership page
- iOS payments go through Apple In-App Purchase, subject to Apple's refund policy
- Android supports WeChat Pay and Alipay
4.3 Refund Policy
Credits are non-refundable once consumed. If credits are abnormally deducted due to Platform technical issues, please contact us promptly. We will compensate the corresponding credits after verification.
4.4 iOS Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms (Important)
For iOS subscribers, in compliance with Apple Guideline 3.1.2(c), we hereby disclose:
- Subscription Length: Monthly subscriptions renew every 1 month; yearly subscriptions renew every 12 months
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews within 24 hours before the end of each period unless you cancel beforehand
- Billing Timing: Renewal payment is charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to period end
- Renewal Price: Renewal price matches the initial subscription price unless we notify you of changes in advance (current pricing per tier is shown live on the in-app membership page)
- How to Cancel: Cancel anytime via iOS "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → StayCore AI → Cancel Subscription". You retain access until the end of the current paid period after cancellation.
- Manage Subscription: The "Manage Subscription" link in the in-app Membership Center page also redirects directly to the iOS subscription management page

5. User Conduct
When using the Platform, you shall not:
- Upload content that violates laws and regulations (including but not limited to pornography, violence, politically sensitive content)
- Use the Platform's tools to generate false or misleading hotel promotional information
- Maliciously attack or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform through technical means
- Resell, share accounts, or otherwise circumvent the credit payment mechanism
- Engage in any activities that violate public order and good morals
Violation Handling: If the above violations are discovered, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refunding remaining credits or membership fees.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Platform Rights
The software, technology, UI design, trademarks, and other intellectual property of the Platform belong to Walling Tech Limited. Reproduction, modification, or dissemination without authorization is prohibited.
6.2 User Content
Intellectual property of content you generate via the Platform (copy, images, etc.) belongs to you. You grant us permission to use such content reasonably during service provision (e.g., AI processing, storage), but we will not use your content for other commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, nor do we guarantee its timeliness, security, or accuracy
- We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, policy changes, network failures, etc.)
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete; you should exercise your own judgment and review
- Any disputes or losses arising from your use of AI-generated content shall be borne by you
8. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time. Major service changes will be announced in advance via in-app notifications. In the event of service termination, we will handle your remaining credits and data reasonably.
9. Agreement Changes
We may modify this Agreement in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business development needs. The modified Agreement will be announced in the app, and major clause changes will be notified via pop-up. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Mainland China Users
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may file suit with the competent People's Court in Yuzhong District, Chongqing.
10.2 Hong Kong SAR Users
Disputes between you and us arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and submitted to the competent courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
10.3 Other Overseas Users
Disputes between you and us arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction and submitted to the competent courts of your jurisdiction; where local law permits, such disputes may also be resolved through friendly negotiation or online dispute-resolution mechanisms.
10.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
